Non-faulty Items.
We feel it is important our customers have the opportunity to inspect their purchases in the same way as if they had visited a retail outlet. Our 7 day return policy has no hidden catches. All we ask is you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and take reasonable care of the goods whilst they're in your care and when sending them back to us. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund for the goods and any initial carriage charges, and email to let you know.
Special Order items
Sorry, but items that have been made to order are non-returnable.
Faulty Items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything. Contact us immediately when a product is faulty. Depending on the weight of the item, faulty items will either be collected by us, or we will refund your postage costs for the return. Faulty items will be inspected and replacements dispatched via courier.
